The journey of Sweet Without Wheat Bakery began with a personal diagnosis of Celiac Disease. Baking has always been my passion—a joyful way to create delicious moments for others. However, due to an extreme sensitivity to gluten and the risk of cross-contamination, dedicated 100% gluten-free preparation became essential.
