Ingredients are sourced from trusted gluten free suppliers. Our baked goods are Celiac safe! Baked goods are baked using old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality and produced in small batches. Our goal is to make your tastebuds and tummy happy!
Products are produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. Our home kitchen NEVER handles wheat, barley or rye. Our kitchen does handle milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and soybean therefore cross contamination is possible.
Sweet Without Wheat Bakery was started after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Prior to being diagnosed baking was a passion of mine and was a way for me to make others happy! Visiting bakeries was also one of my favorite things to do prior to diagnosis. Unfortunately, my sensitivity is so strong that gluten cross contamination makes me sick. Therefore I am unable to consume any foods that are prepared in shared kitchens with gluten products. Our family and home went 100% gluten free and now my Celiac is under control! Due to such a high sensitivity restaurants and bakeries are now off limits unless dedicated gluten free. Thus my desire to share my baking with those like myself!
